Charcoal Black Lemonade Recipe

Activated charcoal has incredible benefits. Now, throw it in with some lemonade and can say “buh-bye” to that biatch – bloat! Stella can attest to that. Watch the video, and you’ll see just how quickly this was decreasing her gas. It also helps detox your body of heavy metals and gives your kidney and liver a little boost. This stuff easily sells for $8 at the juice bar, and I just made It for less than a buck.

I get, it’s black, and it doesn’t look appealing, but I promise it tastes just like lemonade. My little girls chugged it, and there was no added sugar or syrups so, that make me an pretty amazing momma.

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS

4 cups of filtered water

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Stevia to taste (I used about 5 drops)

1/4 teaspoon activated charcoal

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Squeeze ¼ cup of juice from the lemons.

Combine all ingredients in a cup.

Shake or stir until blended.

Serve over ice.
